Employee Notifications Subtask

Use the Employee Notifications Subtask to maintain the notifications given to employees. The notifications can differ depending on employee classes.

Fields Table

Field Description
Class

When you enter a new event, this class table is populated with existing timesheet classes and descriptions. If it is an existing event, the originally saved notifications are displayed in this non-editable field.  

Description

This non-editable field displays the timesheet class description.

Task

Use this drop-down to select the task that you want to use for this class and event. If you selected "Timesheet" in the Type field in the General area, your options are the following:

  • None
  • Review Timesheet
  • Update Timesheet
  • Sign Timesheet
  • Approve Timesheet

If you selected "Schedule" in the Type drop-down in the General area, your option is None.

E-mail

Select this check box if you want the event to be sent as an e-mail.

To save all your newly created employee notifications, click OK.
